My name is Katie and I'm 20 years old. I go to York University, studying Psychology in my 3rd year (OMG! Only a few weeks to go :'( ). I'm having a great time, I've got plenty of friends and enjoy myself a lot (but work pretty hard too). Most Tuesdays I can be seen in Toffs, or Gallery on a Thursday! These are always after Nag's Head with trebles for singles ;)

In my spare time I go swimming and play waterpolo, play netball for the college (you don't have to be very good...), hang out with friends, go shopping, go to the cinema, go to the pub/clubs in York, play on the PS2 (especially FFX, SSX,GH3 and DDR) and come online, mainly on AL:UK and Facebook (which has taken over my life lol) :-)

I like all types of movies (scary, romcoms, thriller, even kiddies ones like Finding Nemo :D) and different types of music depending on my mood, but my fav types are rock, punk etc. My fav bands are Bon Jovi (who I've seen twice), Green Day, RHCP, Bowling For Soup, The Strokes and many others (I have over 8000 songs) :D.

In the holidays I love seeing my friends from home (Becky, Leah and the rest of the UTSG :), Jess, Meg, Sam and Lena and everyone else :) I don't do very much really! But it's still nice to be back :)

I would really love to go back to America and go on all the big rollercoasters, as well as try jet skiing, snowboarding, sky diving, scuba diving and loads of other things - I guess I'm kind of a speed freak! I went on the Aerosmith rollercoaster in Disneyland Paris 10 times in a row! Rita Queen of Speed is also an awesome rollercoaster at Alton Towers :D I guess I'm kinda a speed freak ^^;

As for my goals/dreams, I don't really have a clue :/ At the moment I have a big plan of graduating, doing a job of a learning support assistant for a year and then do a 3-yr Educational Psychology Doctorate! Hopefully I'll get onto it...
